Tammy's career began in healthcare — nursing, clinical management and clinical direction — over three decades of it. That background is the reason Perfections feels different from a typical med spa: the clinical rigour is real, and so is the honesty that comes with it.
Fourteen years ago she began specialising in non-invasive body sculpting, and in 2017 she opened Perfections Body Sculpt in Rowlett. She is personally involved in every consultation and every treatment plan.
What clients mention most often is not the technology. It is that Tammy tells them the truth — including when a treatment is not right for them, or when their expectations need adjusting. That is a harder way to run a business. It is also why so many clients stay.
